- In this book the author does an excellent job with her presentation and perspective on our use of time. So many of us are prisoner to the daily tasks and live our lives feeling rushed and overwhelmed, missing out on the special moments that have been gifted to us to enjoy. This book tells us exactly how to gain control of our gift of time, to slow it down yet at the same time accomplish more and learn to see our lives from a refreshed perspective. This book is reflective and because it must be internalized to gain from it, it has a message that is individualized to the reader. It is a worthwhile and valuable read.
