This is a detailed, well-put together, easy to read vocal selection. Most of the arrangements include the melody in the right hand. Excellent piano reductions of the orchestrations.
I loved seeing the movie Mary Poppins Returns, and listening to the music brings back all the happy memories! It's especially nice that the lyrics to the songs were included on a special insert, so I can sing along. When my vocal cords give out after singing, there is also a nice section of instrumental music from the film. Fragments of the original Mary Poppins movie music are cleverly interwoven into the new musical pieces. All the recordings are high quality. A "must have" for musical lovers!
Great book. Very complicated music with lots of key changes. Great songs.
Challenging music but well written. My students love the songs from this movie and are thrilled to sing these songs!
